We went through so many problems while trying to sell our house (first buyer backed out of the deal for no reason, second buyer lost the sale of her house which was a contingency) and she stood by us the entire time. When we were getting upset and emotional she was able to calm us down and talk us through what needed to happen next. Nadine negotiated a great price for us, and if we weren't such wimps probably could have gotten us an even better price (my only regret in this process was not listening to her when she said we could have pushed for a higher price, in hindsight I am pretty sure we would have gotten it).
